M/s. Viswak Construction is a firm of Partnership Firm started in 2012 with the main objective of Constructing residential and commercial buildings in Chennai. It is managed by Two partners Er.T. Balasubramanian and Mrs. B.Chinnammal who are well experienced in the construction industry for the past 23 & 18 years respectively and have completed number of residential projects and gained good reputation with the clients.The Firm has started to develop residential flats and is presently handling about 2 projects.

Er.T.Balasubramanian was a Partner in M/s.Varaha Builders from 2000 to 2012 and also Director in M/s.Varaha Builders Pvt Ltd.,. The concern had completed many Residential projects in the heart of the city like Annanagar, Arumbakkam, Mogappair, Ambattur, Kolathur, Koyembedu, Nerkundram and also in Coimbatore.. The Firm has also completed many Residential Bungalows and Commercial Projects.

The Firm has so far completed 22 residential Apartments with total constructed area of around 1,57,000Sq.ft., All the projects have been completed and handed over to the clients without any delay for any reasons. Every project of the firm is a masterpiece of quality, comfort and ideal location for pleasant living and safety.
